Reloading will not only save you money, increase your accuracy at the range and in the field, but it is also an enjoyable hobby. There are two types of reloading. The first is Metallic Reloading. This is the reloading of rifle and handgun ammunition. The second is Shotshell Reloading. Shotshell Reloading is the reloading of shotgun shells. There are two styles of reloaders, Progressive and Single Stage. The Progressives reloaders allow you to assemble a completed round per each pull of the handle; however, they are a little more expensive than the Single Stage Presses. Progressive reloaders are used more by those who do a good bit of shooting. Single Stage is a less expensive way to get into reloading, but you assemble a smaller amount of ammo per hour. You will need to determine which type of reloading is best for you. With this brief intro to reloading, you can now choose the type of reloader(s) best for you. |
